RoWorld Launch Nukes: Prepare, Target and Confirm
Quick answer
- Use a Missile Silo to access nuclear weapons.
- Choose the weapon and target deliberately; the documented desktop example requires two taps.
- X cancels the pending targeting action in the demonstrated desktop controls.
Prepare the strike before opening the target action
Start a RoWorld nuclear operation with a target and a reason to hit it. Missile Silos provide the launch access, while Atomic Bombs and Hydrogen Bombs are documented choices.
Consider what the attack should change for the campaign.
Important enemy infrastructure may be a more useful objective than empty land. Keep the gold commitment tied to that purpose and leave yourself a plan for the land or threat after the strike.
Confirm the target you actually intended
Choose the weapon and target through the silo's nuclear action. In the documented desktop walkthrough, the player taps twice to commit the shown target. Take that confirmation moment seriously rather than treating the first selection as permission to click through quickly.
The same walkthrough uses X to cancel a pending targeting action. Cancel when the target or plan is wrong, then return deliberately to the map action you wanted. Do not guess a touch-device shortcut from a keyboard demonstration.
Watch the result and the defensive response
SAM Launchers can intercept missiles, and the walkthrough shows a Hydrogen Bomb being shot down. A completed launch therefore does not guarantee the target has taken the intended damage. Reassess the actual outcome before repeating the same plan.
For protection against incoming strikes, use air defense. For choosing whether the nuclear commitment belongs in the campaign at all, the nukes guide explains the weapon role and the need for a useful follow-up.
