RoWorld Form Alliances: Proposals and Relationships
Quick answer
- Choose another nation and use the alliance action to propose cooperation.
- You can also respond to an alliance proposal from a neighboring player.
- Keep watching the map after agreement because betrayal remains possible.
Choose the partner before the proposal
Before forming a RoWorld alliance, decide which nation would make cooperation useful. Consider the border you share, the direction you want to expand and whether a calmer relationship gives you time to develop.
A proposal is more purposeful when you can name that benefit.
Avoid surrounding yourself with relationships that block the next route you want. Cooperation on one side may be enough to support the opening without making every future direction a diplomatic problem.
Send or respond to an offer
Use the alliance action for the nation you want to approach. A proposal and an accepted relationship are different stages, so do not plan as though cooperation exists before the other player responds. The walkthrough also shows a neighboring nation proposing an alliance that the player accepts.
When an incoming offer arrives, apply the same map-based judgment. You can value the quieter border without assuming the proposal promises automatic military help or a shared victory arrangement.
Update the plan after agreement
After an alliance forms, decide what it allows you to focus on next. That may be another expansion direction or development of the land you already hold. Keep the allied border in your map checks rather than dropping it from attention entirely.
Allies can betray, and nearby players continue to grow. The alliance guide explains the wider trade-offs; neighbors helps when the relationship needs to be reconsidered.
